The SonomaWORKS Program is excited to inform you about the new Welfare to Work Incentive Award Program.  Enclosed you will find a Welfare to Work Participant Award Record. 

Effective July 1, 2007, if you complete and verify any of the Goals/Achievements listed on your Award Record you will receive the corresponding award.  This is a great opportunity for you to participate and earn incentives for accomplishing and meeting the goals outlined.

Your Employment & Training Counselor and/or your Employment & Training Specialist will keep track of your success and will be responsible for authorizing the awards.  If you believe you have met a goal, please contact your worker.  You can only receive one award per achievement.  We look forward to assisting you in meeting your goals. 

If  you are not currently participating in Welfare to Work Activity (ies) or are sanctioned and wish to participate, please contact your worker.
